The Group is a company limited by guarantee and registered with Companies House. We are a registered provider with the Tenant Service Authority and are the largest housing association in the Bradford district.
Our core business is to provide affordable homes,principally for rent, in the Bradford District.
The housing mix in 2008 totalled 22,694 properties including 977 leasehold properties. The majority of the housing stock is for general needs accommodation, but 2,775 of these are providing sheltered accommodation
