Graphic Design and Marketing support to develop a "roadshow" display to include leaflets and flyers which will be used at local community venues and events as a way of informing the community of current achievements and showing different ways of getting involved.

Otley Road and Barkerend Environment Group seek Graphic Design and Marketing support. The project is keen to engage with local people on issues which affect them and which they have the power to address. We want to produce effective publicity to complement the good work which has already been accomplished.

We want to develop a "roadshow" display to include leaflets  and flyers which will be used at local community venues and events as a way of informing the community of current achievements and showing different ways of getting involved.

The group was formed two years ago by two partnerships who came together with shared concerns over the local environment, looking for ways to support local people's local environmental action.

The project has had significant success in engaging with a wide range of local residents from it's area and getting involved in clean ups of local parks and playgrounds,green areas on streets and at places of worship.

Through recruiting more people onto the project, we hope to create a network of local custodians who will help take care of their neighbourhoods.
