Bradford Cares is an employee volunteering programme run by Business in the Community, which supports companies to work collaboratively to tackle disadvantage. Bradford Cares is suitable for larger companies (250+ employees), and comprises three elements: advice, leadership and brokerage.

• Leadership: Bradford Cares has a Leadership Team made up of business leaders, who determine the direction of the programme and work collaboratively to engage more businesses in the city.
• Brokerage: Companies have access to a broad range of quality-assured volunteering opportunities.
